LastRep (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the LastRep mobile application and website (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Third-Party Content and Services
LastRep may allow you to import or interact with content from third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
We:
- Do not control or endorse third-party content
- Are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of such content
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by LastRep (excluding User Content), including:
- Software
- Design
- Branding
- Exercise database
are owned by or licensed to LastRep and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
LastRep provides workout organization and informational tools only.
We do not provide:
- Medical advice
- Fitness coaching
- Personalized health recommendations
You acknowledge that:
- Physical exercise carries inherent risks
- You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness program
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)
If the Service offers paid features:
- Payments are processed through Apple Inc. via in-app purchases
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of workout extraction
- Reliability or availability of the Service
- Fitness outcomes
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LastRep shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Personal injury resulting from workouts
- Loss of data or content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LastRep from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
